The setting of the new part of Medal of Honor, made on the basis of the gameplay features of all previous ones, is not the Second World War, but events in Afghanistan. The events of the game shed much light on the current state of affairs and tell about the real war in Afghanistan. The main character takes part in large-scale and secretive battles. The main character, Ranger of the First Battalion of the Rapid Reaction Group, Dante Adams, visits several chapters of the plot, in which he gets acquainted with the Navy SEALs unit, and later penetrates Gardez, a city necessary for the script. Constant battles with Chechens and other militants, searches for Tariq, traps from terrorists - all these are real events in which the main character is directly involved in interaction with other special forces. The developers went too far to make the game realistic, so they turned to the US Army. The real circumstances were revealed during the seizure of territories, the release of hostages and raids on shelters. In a single-player game, you can control vehicles: jeeps, helicopters, ATVs. Multiplayer combat involves the use of vehicles and playable units divided into classes. Fighting in open areas with accompanying ranks is the basis of online gameplay.
