Backseat Drivers is a test of friendship where two poor souls have to share one car that falls apart while driving. Control of this miracle of technology is entrusted to the driver, whose vision leaves much to be desired, which is why he practically cannot see the road in front of him. In the back seat is the navigator, who, having excellent visibility, is forced to frantically shout instructions because he himself cannot reach the pedals and steering wheel. Successful completion of the route depends entirely on the coherence of this tandem and their ability to communicate effectively under stressful conditions. The interaction of the characters is built against the backdrop of constantly emerging obstacles thrown up by the environment, and the deplorable state of the car itself. In this shared adventure, shouting and recrimination are an inevitable part of the process, and apologies are left to the discretion of the participants. As you progress through the 8-level campaign, the journey goes from mundane to interdimensional madness. The Backseat Drivers project offers a choice of two elderly drivers and three mischievous passengers, each of whom will add their own zest to the trip. For fans of competitions, there are global leaderboards where the results of races are recorded, allowing you to compare your successes with the achievements of friends and players around the world. The gameplay is not limited to one mode, offering several options for spending time together. There are also dozens of vehicle customization cosmetics scattered throughout the locations that can be discovered and unlocked as you explore the crazy world of this arcade racing game.
