Multiplayer sandbox DayZ is a reworked version of the mod of the same name for Arma 2. The game features an extremely realistic setting and hardcore survival in a post-apocalyptic environment. The game takes place in the fictional post-Soviet country of Chernarus. After the outbreak of an unknown virus, most of the population has turned into zombies, and the survivors are forced to fight for their lives and valuable resources. The gamer's task is to stay alive as long as possible. To do this, you need to explore various buildings, as well as the corpses of others, to collect weapons, ammunition, equipment and resources. It is possible to join alliances for effective defense and crafting. During the game you need to constantly replenish your supplies of water, food and medicine, which makes this project a real survival simulator. The main indicator of health is blood pressure, which decreases with bleeding, hunger and thirst. The seamless 230 square kilometer area is dotted with villages, towns, forests and more, giving players (up to 60 on a single server) plenty of room for tactical action. There are also changing weather conditions that add variety to the gameplay. The developers of DayZ have added realistic weapons to the project, such as the Lee-Enfield rifle and Winchester 1866, as well as vehicles in which you can move around the extensive map, but first you need to repair them by finding the necessary spare parts and gasoline.
