Engineers cannot sit idle, and the army gradually refuses to fight if no one trains and trains the soldiers. You are on an asymmetrical path as a warrior, a good politician, a trader and a space explorer, in which only one thing can be more important than all of the above - the life you create on your base or planet. To begin with, we are asked to distribute resources between institutions within the game. Construction of new buildings, hiring soldiers, equipping warships, laying trade routes. After you can assemble the first squad of scouts, the civilizations around you will be able to contact, sell their goods, buy yours. After this, the first wars will begin. Rivals can be avoided if you encounter them in outer space, but if they attack you themselves, you will have to put the station or planet into combat mode. At the beginning of the game you choose one of 8 races. Each of them influences certain characteristics of the development of the people. For example, rapid population growth, rapid resource extraction, increased improvements, rapid research. The resulting system contains several planets and one star. New ones appear according to the same principle: near a new or old star. Some of the planets are uninhabited, so keep in mind that it is impossible to build a colony on most planets. In Endless Space 2 we will have to fight with those with whom our ally from the Alliance is at enmity.
