Godfall — Aprion is bursting at the seams, and the knights of Valorian, the last of the demigods, are sent to save him. Each is dressed in a set of armor that makes him almost invulnerable and unlocks combat skills. Leveling up unlocks new skills and allows you to change your fighting style on the go. Armor differs in both type and set of skills. Battles take place from a third person perspective and are built on three elements: fire, water and earth. Armor classes differ in their approaches to combat, and some strikes are based on a clear rhythm and timely change of techniques. Equipment is collected from relics that are searched for at levels and in battles. Sometimes you come across opponents that are easier to get around than to try to defeat. Progress is tied to loot: equipment is searched for by level, and from what is found, assemblies are assembled for a specific enemy. Challenging opponents require preparation and the right relics. Some opponents are vulnerable to a specific element, and this determines the approach to combat. Opponents come across alone and in groups, and it is better to have a plan for each situation. The campaign can be completed in a company of up to three people, and then the fighters complement each other in battles. The world consists of separate zones, and each is decorated in its own style. Arena fights help test your build against difficult opponents. Between levels you can return to previous locations for missing equipment. Fully assembling the armor provides additional benefits if you collect all the parts. For those who love combat action games with leveling up and don’t mind going through them with friends.
