HASTE: Broken Worlds

HASTE: Broken Worlds introduces the world to a fast-paced third-person action game set on the brink of collapse. The user will take on the role of Zoe, who rushes through procedurally generated levels, trying to escape the collapse of the world around her. Each of the ten Shards is a series of levels that must be completed in a specific order, and each time the journey unfolds differently thanks to the randomness of procedural generation. The main goal of HASTE: Broken Worlds is to quickly move through worlds, mastering precise landings and using items to survive the constant threat of collapse. In this title, movement speed is of great importance. Every jump, every slide, every landing must be executed with precision. Mistakes waste valuable time, and time is limited as the environment continues to deteriorate. The process of maintaining pace and speed as the environment changes requires focus and adaptability. The user must quickly evaluate each new situation and decide how best to move forward before the setting completely collapses. Throughout her journey, Zoe meets various characters who help her in various ways, offering items or sharing their thoughts on the unfolding chaos. These interactions add another layer of depth to the game, mixing the thrill of gameplay with moments of reflection.
