I Am Alive

I Am Alive is an action-adventure with survival elements that tells the story of Adam Collins, who loses his family due to a serious earthquake measuring 10.3 on the Richter scale. The purpose of his journey through the destroyed city of Haventon (non-existent in reality, but created on the basis of another American metropolis - Chicago) will be to search for his wife and child. Adam was crushed by debris during a devastating earthquake, leaving him immobilized in a hospital bed for almost a year. Returning to his native walls, he did not find his family, but only an empty house and a note from his wife Julie, which described the difficult situation and the reasons that forced her to leave the house. On the street, not far from the territory of the house, the main character sees a little girl, later it turns out that her name is May, who was attacked by looters. Having helped her, she gives the main character a walkie-talkie, with which he contacts a group of survivors. They will support Adam in finding a family. As you progress, you need to monitor the health and fatigue indicators of the main character. Any action will take away the second scale, which can lead to overwork. Survival in a destroyed city and an angry society requires careful use of supplies, both food and food, as well as ammunition and health kits. The arsenal of weapons is replenished by completing missions. Initially there will be only a pistol, then a bow with homemade arrows and a shotgun will appear. Collins knows how to use a grappling hook and, while exploring locations, finds body armor and a respirator.
