The main character is a war veteran who gets involved with a mafia group to pay off his father's debts. In spirit, Vito Scaletta resembles the hero of the re-release of the third part of “Mafia” Lincoln Clay. But each of them has their own motives and goals. Vito Scaletta is a man who has established himself as a person who can be trusted with business. He is the one who is loyal to his mafia, that is, his family. Together with their best friend Joe, they will carry out criminal deeds to prevent the new mafia from gaining a sphere of influence in the city of Empire Bay.
