Metro Exodus: Gold Edition is an expanded edition of a first-person shooter with elements of stealth and horror. Night hours and weather turn the crossing into a separate challenge, and encounters with mutants rarely end calmly. The world is divided into open areas and corridor episodes, and each has its own set of dangers: mutants, bandits, anomalies and weather. Weapons are cleaned and upgraded manually at a workbench, and ammo and filters require careful use. Survivors with different personalities gather on the Aurora, and relationships with them influence the outcome. The publication includes supplements with separate stories that show events from the point of view of other heroes. Light, fog and sound affect the atmosphere more than any firefight. The publication collected all the additions in one set, which is convenient for passing without pauses.
