Mewgenics is a tactical role-playing game whose core mechanic is the process of creating the perfect dynasty of feline warriors to take them on dangerous adventures. The central element is the family home, where survivors of raids return. This cycle allows valuable characteristics to be consolidated in the offspring, passing on not only combat skills, but also various genetic characteristics or mutations. The main goal is to develop ever stronger generations of fighters capable of withstanding growing threats and obtaining valuable resources for the further development of their own kind. Each expedition is a series of turn-based battles in tactical arenas, where the positioning of fighters and interaction with the environment play a decisive role. Success in Mewgenics directly depends on proper planning and synergy between squad members with different class specializations. To win, a team of mustachioed warriors must: • carefully choose your position on the battlefield; • apply unique abilities at the right time; • create powerful combinations of skills from different classes. The project is distinguished by a colossal amount of content, offering more than 1000 unique skills to master, distributed across 10 character classes. Gamers have more than 900 pieces of equipment at their disposal, and they will also have to face more than 200 types of enemies and bosses. Legacy mechanics and procedural event generation ensure high replayability, making each playthrough a unique experience. This creates a deep strategic system where selection and tactical planning are inextricably linked, opening up scope for numerous experiments.
