The need to constantly monitor body temperature and select appropriate clothing is the key to survival in the world of the project. Any error that leads to freezing is fatal and entails an irreversible loss of all progress made. The process of restoring a vehicle is highly detailed, requiring the correct tools and specialized equipment to install each of the nearly 200 unique parts. The financial side of the issue is resolved by fulfilling orders from local residents, which opens up access to the market for new and used spare parts. Exploration of the snowy expanses takes place in the first person. The open world of My Winter Car is filled not only with new buildings, but also with dangers, such as thin ice on frozen lakes that cannot support the weight of a car. Interactions with the environment include a variety of winter activities, and control of the rear window ventilation and defogger systems becomes critical to preventing icing. The ultimate goal depends solely on the preferences of the enthusiast himself. Once assembled, the car can be turned into a daily driver, prepared for rally racing, or restored to showroom condition to achieve historic car status.
