NORSE: Oath of Blood

Featuring a combination of turn-based tactical combat and deep role-playing progression, NORSE: Oath of Blood immerses you in the ruthless world of the Norse sagas. The outcome of any clash here depends not on brute force, but on the competent use of terrain, flanking maneuvers and the unique abilities of each member of the squad. Coordinated attacks and the use of environmental traps become the key to victory in the most difficult battles. At the center of this process is Gunnar, a young warrior expelled from his native lands after the treacherous murder of his father, Count Gripra. Driven by a thirst for justice, he must gather allies and begin the long journey to restore his family's honor. Each fighter in his squad has unique skills, allowing him to form synergistic teams to complete the campaign. Specialization of combat units: • Drengr is a first-line warrior, called upon to hold back the enemy’s onslaught. • The Berserker is a fierce and unpredictable fighter who relies on rage to attack. • Hersir is a commander who can raise the morale of his allies and strike fear into his enemies. • Bogmatr is an archer capable of effectively destroying targets at a considerable distance. • Rekkr is an ax specialist who deals area damage and destroys armor. Restoring a destroyed settlement is the second fundamental component. The gradual revival of workshops and the expansion of the village opens up access to the creation of new equipment and the hiring of advanced warriors. The NORSE: Oath of Blood storyline focuses on Gunnar's long journey for justice. He will have to not only take revenge on the treacherous Steinarr the Far Spear, but also rally loyal people around him, becoming a real leader for them. The decisions made directly affect both the fate of the protagonist and the future of his entire people, whose survival depends on the wisdom and courage of their leader.
