The player distributes tasks, chooses an approach and is responsible for the outcome of the operation. The work is based on preparation: study the situation, determine what needs to be done, distribute people and equipment. During the task, it is important to act accurately: a mistake comes with losses, and unnecessary aggression comes with consequences. There are different types of challenges and cities, as well as squad development elements. The design is modest, the interface is detailed. The project was created by a small team and does not pretend to be large-scale, but the idea is presented consistently. Before the operation, the situation is studied: the location of buildings, probable escape routes and the number of people inside. The skills of subordinates and their condition influence the outcome of the task, so the composition is selected for the task. Challenges vary from detention to hostage release, and each requires its own course of action. Some tasks are completed without firing a single shot, if the negotiations are structured correctly. For successful operations, fighters gain experience and act more confidently, so the squad develops gradually. Between operations there is time to prepare the squad: equipment and composition affect how the next challenge will go. A number of tasks are based on unexpected situations where it is important not to lose control over the group. Other challenges are related to the protection of public order, and there endurance is more important than force.
