OMSI 2: Bus Simulator

OMSI 2: Bus Simulator is a continuation of the bus simulator. The sequel will allow you to ride on the famous articulated bus of the MAN NG272 brand. The OMSI 2 area covers approximately 12 square kilometers and will allow travel from Ruhleben station to the Spandau psychiatric hospital. The developers have added a chronology mode, allowing you to see changes in Spandau in the period from 1986 to 1994. In addition, it will be possible to find out what life was like in the early 90s, after the fall of the Berlin Wall. And all this while driving double-decker and single-decker buses. The developers of OMSI 2: Steam Edition tried to convey the features of each vehicle as accurately as possible, preserving the features of the train’s kinematics, control system and sounds. The fleet is represented by buses such as MAN SD200, MAN D202, MAN NL202 and Mercedes-Benz O305. The Berlin route includes two lines: line 5 and 92. The latter gives the opportunity to see a small part of the GDR. Several new types of passengers have been added: children and grandmothers. A price gradation of tickets has appeared, allowing children to buy tickets at a discount. Passengers must be met at stops. Seeing the approaching car, they themselves will approach the landing site. The schedule, route, traffic and some environmental details will change periodically. Changes occur depending on the time of day or year. In the morning and afternoon, for example, there will be a fairly large number of schoolchildren, and in the late afternoon you can get stuck in traffic jams, as many return home after work. Passengers react to the driving style by criticizing non-compliance with the rules or begin to swear if you brake suddenly. The roads pass through many highways, highways, courtyards and alleys, making it possible to significantly shorten the journey to the city center.
