Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition is a redesigned version of the game of the same name, which has received improvements in visualization, graphics and an interface that has become more convenient. RPG supports 4K resolution. Additional features include zooming and changing the viewing angle, improving interaction with the environment. Active points on locations are now highlighted, automatic selection of objects has been added, and the music has become more modern. The storyline of the old-school game remains the same: the action takes place in the strange town of Sigil at the top of the Endless Peak, where the worlds of the Dungeons & Dragons universe are connected by portals. There is also a purgatory in which the main character wakes up. This place looks more like a morgue. A guy nicknamed the Immortal finds himself covered in wounds and scars, with zombie-like creatures roaming around him. The hero tries to find out everything from the flying skull of Morte. It turned out that the guy cannot just die, and any attempt to die only erases his memory. The essence of the plot and the passage as a whole is to help the character remember his past, which is revealed in the process. By finding descriptions of objects, notes and communicating with local residents, you can learn many details from his past, which depends on the user’s choices and actions. Improving individual skills is also associated with memories. Periodically, this happens after visiting a separate location, dialogues with characters or interaction with objects, that is, during the exploration of Sigil. Of course, strategy also cannot do without battles with monsters, so the hero should make friends. He can create a team of 6 characters and join one of the 15 factions based in the city.
