The weapons and setting give room for imagination, and blood is not spared in the game. Upgrades change weapons and add new methods of execution. The asylum chambers are filled with maniacs and displaced medical staff. Explosions and arson turn the shelter corridors into traps. This game is suitable for anyone who likes hooligan action films.
