Prey

Prey is an immersive simulator with a first-person view. The style is taken from science fiction works about space. The game engine is modern and provides high quality images - CryEngine 4. The universe has several significant differences from the real world: the Soviet Union did not collapse, the President of the United States of America John Kennedy did not die due to an assassination attempt, as well as a serious leap in technology in the field of space research, as a result of which humanity came into contact with an alien race - the Typhons. The aliens turned out to be unfriendly towards people, because of this, the largest countries in the world, including the USSR and the USA, joined forces to create a common space fleet. The "Cage" station in the distant orbit of the Moon becomes an important object in space; his goal is to, through experiments, obtain information from captured Typhons, study the structure of the aliens and identify weak points. It will become the place where the gameplay takes place. The plot is not linear, the player is responsible for all decisions made by the main character (at the beginning of the passage you will be asked to choose the gender of the main character). In the process of leveling up a character with the surname Yu, you can even gain Typhon abilities, for example, the ability to turn into many surrounding objects, such as cups or balls. Also in Prey you constantly need to search by level for the necessary resources for crafting, new firearms and key cards. They can open previously closed areas of the station. You can also get to previously inaccessible places by going into outer space in special spacesuits.
