Serafina and the Key to the Egg

Serafina and the Key to the Egg is a visual novel with a nice anime style and elements of a turn-based combat system, where the player will have to start a whole detective investigation while accompanying a girl. To unravel the mystery of her family and magical powers, the user will need to travel through cities and meet many characters. They are able to both promote business development and slow it down out of personal interests. Serafina is a girl from a noble family with unique abilities. To keep them secret, her ancestors moved to a small village where the locals consider them royalty. In addition, they are responsible for guarding a unique artifact called the Oval Key. But a couple of decades ago it was stolen and has not yet been found. Unexpectedly, the heroine receives a letter from a mysterious woman. She claims that she knows where the family heirloom is, and to make things fair, she invites her to fight for it. Whoever manages to get this item first will become its owner forever. The main character immediately goes to the indicated city, where a huge auction will soon take place, the main lot of which will be the Key. The player of Seraphine and the Key of the Sea will have to figure out how to buy back the item or steal it before sales begin. The girl’s rival didn’t talk about any rules, which means she might not act entirely honestly. At the same time, nothing is known about the competitor; Perhaps she is a very influential person in the city with huge capital, or an experienced thief who will not have any difficulty getting ahead of the rightful owner.
