The gameplay is entirely devoted to unraveling a tangle of mysterious events. Immerse yourself in six different campaigns: The Fate of Black Peter, The Mystery of the Vanishing Train, Bloodbath, Murder at Abbey Grange, Drama at Kew Gardens and A Walk in the Moonlight. In addition to the main character of the same name as the game, control will be transferred to such famous characters from the lore of the universe as Doctor Watson or Mycroft. Interview witnesses, choosing answers to find out reliable information. Or, in the dialog box, select the button for drawing up a “portrait” of suspects in order to deductively examine non-player characters, as well as surrounding objects in locations. It is also now possible to switch from first person to third person and back, which will increase immersion in the events. In Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments, all the studied details of the narrative are placed in a special table, where the conclusions of the main character are located. And after conclusions drawn in practice, you can recreate the incidents that occurred in order to have a more accurate idea of ​​​​what is happening.
