Sifu

Sifu is an adventure game with a comprehensive combat system. The main character's name is Sifu. He is a young kung fu student on a path of revenge. His family died and the main character wants to find the killers of his relatives. He has no allies at all, only one mysterious pendant helps him on his way. You will need to travel through different areas of the city, fighting street gangsters and powerful corporations. The events of Sifu take place over the course of one day. A comprehensive combat system is introduced with the ability to use the environment to your advantage. You will need to adapt to each fight and situation. You can pick up various items and weapons dropped from defeated enemies. Positioning plays a huge role in survival. The player is able to throw knives, use homemade weapons, break windows with the heads of bandits and much more. By defeating opponents, you gain access to new skills and abilities that allow you to master the forbidden techniques of Master Pak Mei. A total of 150 can be unlocked. You can perform combos using different combinations of attacks. The main character is able to block enemy attacks, dodge blows and parry attacks. A successful parry can cause massive damage to opponents. You can also throw opponents from heights and ledges. In story dialogues, you are allowed to choose your answers. Some of them may lead to a resolution of the conflict without a fight. A unique mechanic is the death of the main character. After death, the main character is revived from the control point, but at the same time ages several years. After each completed level, access to a special detective board opens, on which information about the world or characters is stored.
