State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition is a zombie survival game set in an open world where danger awaits at every turn. Therefore, people need to gather in small groups so that there is a slim chance of salvation. Each of the characters presented has its own abilities, skills and tactics. Only by working together will a group of survivors be able to withstand the onslaught of the living dead. By collecting resources, you need to build a base that can protect you from the effects of the environment. It is necessary to look for food and ammunition, which are always in short supply. Year One Survival Edition includes the Breakdown and Lifeline expansions. New missions and a host of bonus content are introduced, including improved textures, effects and animations, as well as an improved combat system. Other State of Decay innovations: • New tasks - a strange cargo begins to appear on the territory, attracting the attention of the undead. These cargoes contain many useful items, including weapons, but to get to them you must fight an army of zombies. • Additional Characters - All additional characters have been added and you can now play as Kelly Eldridge aka Sasquatch. • Transport - not only an SUV is now available, but also many tools for customizing pumping. • Weapons – the arsenal has been replenished with under-barrel grenade launchers and shotguns. Any barrel can be modified with body kits, turning a standard weapon into an armor-piercing one. You can take up to 5 people into a company. When exploring the surrounding area, three levels of enemy alarm are available. When the maximum value is reached, you need to get into the vehicle and rush to the base, as the zombies are getting bigger every second and they are starting to act much more aggressively. Enemies have a high degree of mobility and are able to run, jump and climb fences.
