The Day Before

The Day Before takes place in the near future, when a virus outbreak has occurred in the United States. A new disease makes people bloodthirsty and provokes them to attack others. Those who are not sick fight among themselves for food, cars and weapons. The pandemic quickly swept across America, followed by the apocalypse. The hero wakes up in a forever changed reality, which he does not remember. The character can only go in search of answers and search for resources. The Day Before is a third-person open-world MMO. You can travel around it on foot or by car. The indie project has elements of survival. Most locations are dangerous for researchers. But there are also peaceful settlements. In survivor colonies, users can safely communicate with other users and sell unwanted items. Gameplay is based on searching for loot in abandoned private houses, office buildings, shopping centers and skyscrapers, fighting against players and computer-controlled zombies or humans, and exploring the environment. The streets are full of armed bandits, and the buildings are infested with infected cannibals. The game has a lot of blood and scenes of violence. Wounded opponents can be brutally finished off. There are different biomes: city blocks, dense forest, snowy valley. The arsenal includes machine guns, rifles, pistols and other types of weapons. You can throw grenades.
