The Guild 3 is a third-person strategy and economic role-playing game in which we create a character forced to raise his settlement to a tough political, trade and production level. The economic role-playing game is made without player preferences in battles or global battles. We are starting to create an entire dynasty in the medieval world. Initially, there are several industrial zones to choose from. For example, some will be excellent farmers, while others will be excellent shoemakers. Your responsibilities immediately include increasing the birth rate and the presence of sales representatives in your settlement. The main task of the player is to make his settlement politically advantageous, visited for trade and industrially developed. The year is 1400, the lives of thousands of people are in your hands, and only your talent of eloquence and the development of structural production can put the future dynasty on its feet. The game uses the EHE engine - this is the basis of your characteristics. Depending on the character's actions: making peace with neighboring cities, the standard lifestyle of free people in trade, a favorable view of industrialization. - all this leads to the development of certain character qualities, which will further shape the picture of the settlement of other players. In general, in The Guild 3 you will have to improve buildings and structures, put criminals in their place, improve product quality, and purchase huge amounts of material for manufacturing. The improvement of the entire settlement in terms of the beauty and suitability of the streets falls on your shoulders; new roads are also your concern.
