"Tricolor Love Story" tells the story of the life of a Chinese schoolboy named Ashley. He is a withdrawn and sullen guy who grew up in an abusive family. He was always forced to follow the orders of his elders, because otherwise he would always face severe punishment. But one day, the oppressive parents went on a business trip, and their son got his first taste of freedom. He secretly enrolled in a drawing club. The plot of Tricolour Lovestory touches on themes of love, loneliness, friendship, lies and teenage problems. The main character spends time with his childhood friend Daisy and new classmate Violet. These girls are complete opposites: one is quiet and calm, and the second is as noisy as possible. The tragicomic story revolves around the relationship of this trio and the protagonist’s fear of his relatives, who will never approve of his passion for fine art if they find out about it. This is a visual novel with a lot of content (enough for about 30 hours) and multiple endings. The narrative is created from 1,000,000 words. The text is accompanied by 100 pictures.
