ZOMBI

ZOMBI is a survival horror game where the player takes turns taking control of different people: a policeman, a military man, a teacher, an accountant. London is covered in an epidemic, and the hero is the one who is closest. Each character dies permanently, so death switches to the next survivor. The backpack is limited in volume, and the flashlight shrinks from working for a long time. The infected cannot be defeated without preparation: barricades, traps and fire help. The scanner shows movement, but sometimes it's better to hide. London is shown recognizable, only empty: cars are abandoned, and the subway is littered with garbage. Immersion in water results in infection, and medications are rare. They look for food in shops and abandoned apartments, and the lantern is charged through connectors in the walls. Some houses are locked and people enter them through windows or the roof. The clearing of the area is gradual, and each person killed leaves a trace for the others. The death of a character does not roll back progress: the game continues with the next fate. The silence in the city is deceptive: the infected hear the sound of footsteps and gather towards the sound. Weapons are rare, but improvised items are always at hand. Cartridges are divided by type, and not every barrel will fit the ones found. You can see worse at night, but there are fewer infected people on the streets. Changing the hero opens up new places on the map. The infected can be distracted by sound, and then avoid the block. Each survivor tells his or her story before dying. The game's music was composed by Chris Velasco, and it holds the tension. For those who like survival without room for error, this option is suitable.
