Autopsy Simulator - Pathologist Jack works in a hospital where every room holds its own secrets. Another autopsy proceeds as usual, until inside the dead woman he finds the wedding ring of his wife Kate, who disappeared many years ago. Everyday work is scheduled according to procedures: examination, incisions, organ removal, study of samples. The instruments are used for their intended purpose, and the results are reflected on the screen - and the further the case progresses, the more details of the autopsy echo the doctor’s personal tragedy. Some episodes do not take place in the morgue: Jack goes to the scene and inspects the apartment or basement where the body was found. The investigation proceeds through documents and testimony: you need to compare dates, look for coincidences and ask awkward questions to those who know more. Some conclusions come during conversations with the investigator and colleagues, and some of the information ends up in personal notes. The atmosphere is gradually pressing. Shadows wander along the corridors of the hospital, equipment works on its own, and familiar objects suddenly appear out of place. Mysticism and psychiatry are intertwined here in such a way that it is not immediately possible to understand what is really happening. Some of the evidence is revealed only upon careful examination of the objects, and the missed detail later emerges in the conversation. By the end, it turns out that the ring is not the only connection between the case and the doctor’s past, and the denouement depends on what conclusions he made. For everyone who loves dark stories, where the investigation takes place through the morgue, and the ending depends on attentiveness.
