Call of Juarez: Сокровища ацтеков is a first-person shooter in an interesting and rare Western style for computer games. The game will begin in 1884 in an American village. The story tells of the Gold of Juarez, an ancient legend about the cursed wealth collected as a ransom for Montezuma, and the adventurers who lost their minds in the search. Our alter ego Billy doesn't know his father or his real name. His stepfather Thomas is a terrible man who constantly beats the hero’s mother and the boy himself. In addition, Billy is of Mexican descent, and racism is part of his daily life. One day the boy cannot stand the difficulties and leaves home in search of a legendary treasure. Returning 2 years later empty-handed, he finds his mother and stepfather dead at home. On the floor, under their bodies, the phrase “Call of Juarez” was written in blood. The situation worsens when Thomas' brother, Reverend Ray, sees Beale near the corpses. Thinking that you are a murderer, he vows revenge on you. The gameplay is simple. You need to go through partially open locations (which still do not allow you to go beyond the main task) and fight your way through crowds of enemies with a revolver or double-barreled shotgun in your hands. There are also rifles, dynamite and oil lamps - the equivalent of a Molotov cocktail. The emphasis is on a well-developed plot and characters surrounding you throughout the entire passage. There are beautiful landscapes here that replicate the atmosphere of the Wild West. You can travel and participate in chases on the back of your faithful horse.
