Chrono Ark

Chrono Ark - the world has been captured by creatures from the fog, and only a squad of four heroes can save it. Each of them has their own character, set of skills and role in battle, and you will have to assemble a team from those who come across along the way. You have to look for travel companions: some heroes join after random events, and some encounters are easy to miss. Battles are turn-based and built on cards: skills are drawn from the deck, combined with each other and change depending on the situation. Regular strikes are just the beginning, while enhanced techniques require the correct sequence and reserve of resources. Each character has his own deck, and in battle they play cards in turn, supporting each other or pulling an ally out of trouble. The death of one hero does not mean the end of the run, but a weakened squad may not survive the next battle. Looting bosses opens up new maps, so the foray literally builds an arsenal for future attempts. Like in a roguelike, the death of a party sends everything back to the beginning, but the world changes based on what the previous team did. This means that the next run will take place on other events, and some of the discoveries will remain with the player. The distorted world is full of random encounters, bosses and loot that goes towards leveling up your heroes. Between trips, you can set up a camp, communicate with fellow travelers and discover their stories. The camp between forays serves as a respite: there the heroes rest, discuss plans and discover personal stories. Individual tasks are connected with the past of each party member and require returning to places already completed. For those players who love turn-based deck-based RPGs and don't mind starting over after a failure.
