In Diplomacy is Not an Option the player becomes a feudal lord of the Middle Ages. The main character is going through a midlife crisis. Every day the main character comes up with hundreds of ways to improve his own economy, how to properly lead his subjects and properly develop the city. He lived like this for a long time. He was tired of monotonous and meaningless intellectual stress. New adventures in the life of the central character begin when hordes of monsters began to attack settlements, and the townspeople rebelled in unison. All these events gave new colors to life, and the schedule completely changed. The state plunged into difficult times, and the ruler's mind led the kingdom to crisis and constant uprisings. The main character has long lost his taste for life. When the castle is besieged by enemies, he enthusiastically accepts the news, assumes the role of commander-in-chief of the army and wins the battle. After this, the feudal lord receives an important mission. Together with selected people, the user travels to an unexplored continent with precious minerals and gold deposits. He will have to strengthen his position on other borders in order to reach wealth and once again enrich his own country. The natives will not be happy with the guests and will try by all means to eliminate them and drive them away from their lands. The new land is inhabited by monsters and magicians who wield spells in the field of necromancy. Further passage depends on the choice of the gamer. Freedom of action offers many endings and development paths. The user is able to become a ruler himself and overthrow his king, stay in new lands and found a society. More than 10,000 units can participate in battles: cavalry, archers, swordsmen, spearmen and siege weapons. Projectiles fly in an arcing trajectory, and stone walls will protect you from shooters.
