Drift Streets Japan is a racing simulator with multiplayer. For the competition, 5 tracks with sharp turns were created: Route, Route 1, Akina, Drift Route 1, Parking lots. The game has advanced settings. Here the suspension height and many other little things that affect how the car is controlled are adjusted. There are 13 car models available in the game from manufacturers Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Nissan and Mazda. There are 2 tuning tabs: engine and swap. The Engine tab contains parts such as the turbo and nitrous injection system. You can also change the "look" of the car by choosing a different color. The settings options are extensive and allow you to customize each machine individually. Negative front and rear camber settings will provide better cornering control. The track width (front wheel offset) affects stability. Front axle adhesion and lateral slip coefficients are also important. The lower the first one, the more the body deviates to the side when braking. The second coefficient, at its most negative value, causes severe slippage even at low speeds. In the opposite situation, the car is easier to control, but a complete drift turn cannot be achieved. The game also controls the steering angle of the front wheels and the percentage of drive power. Using the second parameter, the player can make the car front- or rear-wheel drive. There are obstacles on the routes in the form of NPC vehicles. With skillful driving, drift points get into your piggy bank, which are then exchanged for in-game money. New cars, engines and spare parts are purchased with foreign currency.
