FIFA 16 is the first game in the FIFA series to feature women's national teams. As for national teams, there are 48 of them in the game: teams from China and Canada have been added, and the team from South Korea has been excluded. In the simulator you can see 78 football stadiums, 50 of which exist in reality. The game also boasts improved graphics: new skin textures, weather conditions and lighting have become more advanced. Fans will be pleased to know that 3D scans of the faces of 14 popular football players such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modric and others were created for the simulator. The developers have also improved the physics of the game: the movement model of defenders has received more than 25 new functions, and defensive players now act more thoughtfully and realistically. The simulator has a new training mode that will allow you to independently develop the players of the selected team, which will make it easier to increase their transfer value. The new Trainer mode will help the player not to miss anything: hints now appear above the head of the active player, simplifying the process of completing the game. Pre-season friendly tournaments have been added to Career mode, and a new broadcast format has been added to Ultimate Team mode. The Russian version of the game has new commentators - Georgy Cherdantsev and Konstantin Genich.
