Separately, it is worth mentioning the work with youth and scouts: reports come in parts, and promising players have to be looked for all over the world. It's easy to make a mistake, and the consequences last for seasons, so looking at statistics becomes a habit. It’s also worth noting the challenge mode: short tasks like “get the club out of the crisis in six months” are completed faster than a normal career, but require concentration. Thanks to this, the game is also suitable for those who do not have time to play the season for years. For series veterans, such scenarios have become a separate form of entertainment. The game is not for those who want quick victories, but it is ideal for those who like long careers. There is even a separate community where people play the same career for years, posting reports about their clubs.
