Hearts of Iron 3

Hearts of Iron 3 is a strategy game set during World War II. Hearts of Steel 3 is represented by a global map. The main gameplay is to develop the state, create a powerful army, establish infrastructure and conduct both diplomatic and military operations with neighboring countries. The time period of "Hearts of Iron III" covers from 1936 to 1948. The gameplay includes 160 countries and semi-colonies, providing the opportunity to play for any side of the conflict. The game has significantly improved the system for issuing orders to aircraft, allowing you to bomb one area. The “aggression” parameter has been changed to “threat level”, which allows you to declare war only on those states that have exceeded their “neutrality”. Depending on the decisions you make, you can lead your country into one of the alliances: Allies - a union of democratic countries such as England and France, Axis - Germany and the Comintern - communist states such as the USSR, Tuva and Mongolia. Game mechanics of Hearts of Iron 3 consists of several types: Map, Production, Military, Combat, Internal Politics and Diplomacy: • the map includes 14,000 provinces on the continent and 4,500 on the sea; • Weather conditions are represented by humidity, pressure and wind direction; • production allows the extraction of the resource “crude oil”, which is synthesized into energy and fuel; • the armed forces are divided into brigades, divided into 5 groups and having a “front width” parameter; • combat operations can be conducted on land, in the air and at sea; • domestic politics includes several parties, characterized by the degree of influence and popularity; • Diplomacy allows you to negotiate with capitulating powers, supporting their guerrilla movement.
