Postal 3

Postal 3 is a crazy action movie about a Dude who comes to the town of Paradise with his dog. Local residents greet the guest unkindly, and the week of acquaintance quickly turns into a series of shootouts. There are a variety of weapons, including ridiculous ones, and the crowd on the street reacts to every shot. Some of the tasks were given with absurd instructions. The levels are linear, but short, and between fights there are inserts with jokes. Controlling the dog is a separate mechanic. The dude communicates rudely with passers-by, and this leads to fights more often than we would like. Hospitals provide first aid kits, and weapons are replenished in stores and from looters. The tasks boil down to adventures of all kinds, including downright ridiculous ones. The police and citizens react to every action, so it’s rare to walk down the street calmly. The dog helps in battle if you give it a command. Between chapters, short scenes with guest characters from previous parts are shown. Weapons are assembled from found items, including parts from equipment. Some of the streets are closed, and people go there according to the plot. The crowd scatters from the shots, but quickly returns. The Dude himself issues the assignments, and the reasons for them are very different. Opponents are divided into onlookers, cops and military. Death does not roll back the plot; loading occurs from the menu. Paradise greets the hero with hostility, and this is noticeable already at the station. Weapons can be bought, but money is harder to find. The humor here is deliberately rude, and this is noticeable from the first minutes. Anyone who remembers the crazy action films of yesteryear will enjoy this installment.
