The events of the famous slasher film - Prototype 2 - from a third person perspective take us to the same area of ​​​​life as the first part - New York. Sergeant James Heller lost his wife and child in the first part of the game, who were infected with the virus. Alex Mercer, the protagonist of the previous game, has become our main enemy. The game's plot describes their confrontation in more detail, but there are a few details... James Heller is the same prototype as Mercer. Their difference is that Alex decided to conquer New York for himself, adding the word “Zero” to its name. All the people in the city were infected with the same thing as Alex, and he likened them to himself, subjugated them and decided to use them to firmly establish himself in a new city with new opportunities. The main character of Prototype 2 will not sit idly by when an enemy is shown to him. He won't change his shoes to avoid being noticed, he will do it and then go crazy again due to traveling between worlds. He will release his tentacles and destroy everything around him! He is full of principles and hopes of taking revenge on the character from the first part, but everything is not so simple. Alexey firmly settled not only in the new city, but also in his body. His memory did not return, but he revealed his own genetic code and now has abilities that are unique even for the Prototype. Our task is to make Heller as strong as our opponent has become. We can install new blades and speed up our movement forever by becoming the wind. We can forever take on another person's appearance and become completely unrecognizable. The developers have added the ability to make our hero yourself. New abilities will be added to those that are necessary for leveling up, and their combinations and combinations are the main principle of the RPG filling of Prototype 2. We will release huge tentacles with which we will be able to destroy enemies, equipment, cars and roads; tearing apart the enemy with these tentacles is the first priority! The open world of the game is divided into three factions that are at war with each other. There will be no peace, since each boss of individual factions wants to take control of the infection at his own discretion. Proper destruction of opponents is the main task of the group, not Heller.
