Resident Evil: Code Veronica X HD

Resident Evil: Code Veronica X HD is a third-person horror game that follows the adventures of Claire Redfield, Chris's sister from the first part of the game. A girl, in search of her brother, ends up on Rockfort Island, where she ends up behind bars. On December 21, 1998, the guard Rodrigo Juan Raval opens the heroine’s cell and says that it is free, since almost everyone on the island is dead due to the T-virus that has spread throughout the territory and turned all residents into the living dead. The story directly continues the plot of the original games. In addition to characters familiar from the series, such as Chris Redfield and Albert Wesker, the game will also feature Steve Burnside, Alfred and Alexa Ashford, and others. The gameplay has not undergone significant changes and remains true to the traditions of Resident Evil. However, Claire can shoot dual-wielded while armed with an Uzi. The camera is still static and chooses its position itself, providing pre-prepared angles. The heroine will again have to face a large number of zombies, infected dogs and other products of the virus, which caused many creatures to mutate and turn into bloodthirsty creatures. Not only do you have to fight enemies, but you also have to solve tricky puzzles while exploring an old prison, an underwater base, the Ashford mansion, etc. Claire's inventory is limited, so chests are available in save rooms where you can dump unwanted weapons or items. As with all parts of the series, Resident Evil: Code Veronica X HD has many hidden modes that are unlocked after completing the storyline. The Battle Game mode is available, where you need to clear the area from the undead and fight the boss. You can play as both the main character and Chris. Later, Wesker and Steve will become available, as well as a set of additional costumes.
