You can play from both first and third person. The visual style and sound palette are intended to evoke a feeling of nostalgia for the 80s. The campaign will allow you to start your journey with one car, which can be improved by earning money and experience. With the accumulated funds you will be able to buy new types of cars. On sports cars, upgrades significantly affect the speed and maneuverability of the car. The gameplay invites you to rush through several unique worlds. Race along the track and overtake your opponents to the sounds of synthwave. In total, Retrowave features 10 types of cars and 5 universes, each of which has its own unique appearance. There are 4 game modes to choose from. The game has 45 tracks that can be switched at any time. Pumping is available, allowing you to improve both the external and internal parameters of the car. When purchasing a new car, you can set color options and select wheels. The atmosphere is made in a retro-futuristic setting.
