Rogue Legacy 2 is a continuation of the franchise of role-playing adventures in the bagel genre with all the ensuing consequences - random generation of single-player campaign stages, changes in characters and their characteristics. Rogue Legacy 2 uses a side camera to move in two dimensions. The gamer is given an extensive skill tree to explore and select the abilities he likes in order to create a personal build that suits his playing style. There is no one main character in this project; if the controllable character dies, the player receives a new heir to the throne until they all die. Building your own family tree is also part of the gameplay and affects the initial set of characteristics and abilities of the main characters. Each level has chests containing useful loot, including armor, weapons, and consumables such as potions and potions. It is important to equip each available character with everything necessary and constantly replace him with a new, stronger one. Even ladles and frying pans can become murder weapons if the heir, due to random generation, has acquired a passion for the culinary arts. Exploring the world in the Metroidvania style makes this project almost endless, because the scope for development is determined by the gamer himself. Most locations contain huge bosses that require either high skill in controlling your own character or a serious level of equipment. Thanks to the large number of dungeons with enemies, the gamer does not need to clear the same places to obtain things, which makes the process more varied.
