Rise of the Tomb Raider

Rise of the Tomb Raider sends Lara Croft on her first serious expedition to collect artifacts. The heroine's task is to get ahead of her opponents and find the lost city of Kitezh. The rival is the secret organization “Trinity”, whose troops are following the same tracks and are not shy about their means. As the journey progresses, the story of Lara's father and her own relationship to her family's heritage are revealed. Equipment is improved using blueprints from chests and materials found along the way. Languages, documents and coins of antiquity are collected in separate collections, and rewards are given for them. The gameplay is based on a combination of exploration, stealth and shooting: the bow remains the main tool, and the ice ax and cable help to climb the rocks. Weather and snow make crossings much more difficult, and camps serve as resting points and improving equipment. Expeditions and additional crypts are unlocked as you progress, and you can return there with new equipment. Challenges with restrictions allow you to experience familiar places in a different way. The world consists of large open areas with tombs, side quests and collections. Many tombs are solved not by force, but by ingenuity, which makes the game similar to the classic parts of the series. Co-op and challenges add a competitive element to the hike, and a photo mode allows you to capture mountain views. Patches corrected weapon balance and enemy behavior. Difficulty settings and individual modes allow you to go through the story with a minimum of combat or, conversely, to the limit. Veterans of the series will appreciate the survival system, which has become deeper than before. This path is suitable for everyone who loves adventures and puzzles mixed with battles.
