STORROR Parkour Pro

STORROR Parkour Pro is a parkour simulator set on the Isle of Dogs in London. Users navigate urban environments using a set of motor abilities derived from parkour. Available actions include jumping, climbing, overcoming obstacles, somersaulting, sliding, swinging and running across rooftops and streets. Character movement is provided by an animation system that combines motion capture data from parkour athletes with physics calculations to depict dynamics. Participants will be able to choose between members of the STORROR team and create their own avatar to interact with the game environment. The location contains interactive elements such as moving cranes and trains, providing additional opportunities for movement. Activities in STORROR Parkour Pro span multiple task types and modes. Players can complete missions, complete time trials, or compete in skill competitions, earning points for their vehicles. Some missions focus on story aspects, such as opposing demolition plans in an imaginary world or evading pursuit by security personnel. Interaction with helicopters is also part of evasive scenarios. In addition, this project supports multiplayer modes: users can team up to complete missions together or compete against each other in races and dexterity challenges. The control system is designed to provide control over the character's actions.
