The Binding of Isaac: Repentance

The Binding of Isaac: Repentance is based on the original game and all additions, including new locations, characters, enemies, bosses and items. The plot, as before, is based on the biblical story of Abraham and Isaac. The graphics have been slightly redesigned, and some changes have been made to the visual style and engine, making the gameplay smoother and more enjoyable. There are now 4 heroes in the game: Azazel, Eden, Lazar and Lost. Azazel starts with a small sulfur. Eden can start the game with random stats. Lazarus has two lives, and the Lost one is revealed only after certain conditions are met. Sacrifice of Isaac: Rebirth contains: • 500 hours of gameplay; • 20 competitions; • more than 450 objects, including 160 hidden; • more than 100 characters; • added 25 enemies and 16 bosses; • several slots for saving; • cooperative for 2 people. Additional items included artifacts such as the Lung Monster, Drainage, Black and Red Candles, and many more. The characteristics of some characters remained the same, but some had to be significantly rebalanced. In The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth there is a secret boss, Silence. You can only reach him if you manage to eliminate the last leader in the "Mama's Heart" level in less than 30 minutes. Due to the fact that the game was developed on a new engine, some mechanics were cut out or replaced with new ones. Innovations in game mechanics and interface: • ability to persist; • two difficulty levels: normal and difficult; • mouse control has been removed, but support for gamepads has been added; • the health scale limits the number of soul hearts; • you can have up to 6 satellites; • for speed passage the Test Room opens; • The Angel's Room will become available after reaching a certain level of faith.
