The Climb

The Climb is a rock climbing simulator that invites you to conquer a variety of mountain peaks. The game is adapted for virtual reality helmets. Gameplay centers on climbing to the top of the tallest and most dangerous mountain in the world. The gameplay is that you need to grab the ledges with your hands and imitate pulling or moving to the sides. The Climb is compatible with Oculus Rift devices. The game requires you to constantly move. You will constantly swing your arms, take side steps, squat and much more. Therefore, the gameplay will require the slightest physical effort from you. However, these loads add realism to the gameplay. One of the most difficult tasks is to grab hold of beams or wires. You need to turn your head towards them and hit them with your hands to get the item captured. These movements take some practice. Each hand has its own stamina scale. For example, if you shift your center of mass to one hand, it will get tired, so you will need to look for another ledge to grab onto with your other hand, otherwise there is a high probability of falling into the abyss. If the gameplay is too difficult for you, you can use the "Tourist" mode, which, although it does not give points for climbing, will allow you to easily reach greater heights.
