The Dark Inside Me

The Dark Inside Me is a point-and-click horror game about a man who wakes up in a hospital bed. His head is bandaged and he doesn't remember who he is or how he got here. When attempting to escape the hospital, flashbacks take the player back to World War II. From time to time, the horrors that the hero sees in the present will terrorize his consciousness, sending him back to the past. The main theme of The Dark Inside Me is the violence against women in concentration camps. At the same time, the game will have enough phantasmagorical things, including various monsters and creatures reminiscent of Hellraisers, whose entire face is pierced with needles. The creators scare not only with the oppressive atmosphere, but also do not hesitate to intimidate with skimmers. At some points in the story, you will be given a moral choice: to spare the rapist or to brutally kill him in the bloodiest way possible. The gameplay is a classic quest in which you need to interact with surrounding objects using the cursor, move from location to location and solve numerous puzzles. But be extremely careful, because the game does not highlight active characters, so hunting for pixels is encouraged. There are also original moments. For example, you need to time it perfectly and shoot in sync with the Nazis who are training on the battlefield. Your goal is to kill the enemy sniper without anyone suspecting or hearing the shot.
