The Infected

The Infected is an open world survival game where you'll gather resources, craft, build a base, and fight hordes of the living dead. The world of The Infected is populated not only by zombies, but also by hostile fauna. Having your own base will help protect you from enemies, especially at night when opponents become more aggressive. A deadly virus has infected almost the entire population of the Earth. It seemed that the cure was so close, but it was not possible to save humanity. Instead of improving the situation, the vaccine had the opposite effect and began to bring the dead back to life. The DNA began to mutate into something inexplicable and bloodthirsty. This is how creatures called Vambi appeared - a mixture of vampires and zombies. A group of people return from vacation to find that all their family and friends have disappeared. Now you have to survive in a hostile environment inhabited by the most unusual creatures that the main characters have ever seen. The game mechanics are based on the character's hunger, thirst and body temperature. Hunt animals for food. Cooking mechanics available. Bring electricity to the house so that equipment can be connected. Do farming to harvest crops. The game features a dynamic change of day and night, weather conditions and seasons. Mine ore, collect resources to create unique weapons, or build a huge base.
