The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition

The Outer Worlds is a mixture of first-person shooter and sci-fi RPG. The local setting contains elements of retrofuturism. Events take place in the colony of Alcyone, located on the edge of the universe, consisting of two planets. You will have to control a hero who has been in cryosleep for 70 years. After his awakening, he faces a conspiracy of corporations and gangs, as well as an invasion of monsters that appeared after a failed terraforming. The plot here is non-linear. In it, serious topics are often diluted with jokes. The decisions made by the players affect the main story, its ending, the main character and his companions. Each partner has his own motives, characters, unique abilities and worldview. Allies are allowed to command. Gamers can complete quests and level up abilities in the skill tree. There are 7 areas in this tree. The main character has a starship, which allows him to store loot in it and move between maps. There is also a reputation system that affects relations with different factions. This release does not contain the standard version, but an improved one. It's called Spacer's Choice Edition. And in the official Russian translation it is found under the alternative name Simply Space. It includes the original The Outer Worlds game and all its expansion packs. Namely: "Gorgon Peril" and "Murder on Eridanus". But this isn't just your average collection of video games and DLC packs. This is a full-fledged re-release in which the developers improved the graphics, improved the effects, tightened up the shaders, changed the facial animation, increased the texture resolution, slightly reworked the lighting and slightly updated the environment. They also introduced new lip syncing, added optimizations for modified visuals, and reduced loading times for locations. In addition, the developers transferred artificial intelligence from NPCs. They also increased the level cap, allowing players to level up longer.
