World of Tanks

World of Tanks is an online multiplayer arcade simulation game distributed through a free-to-play system. The setting was created in the Second World War and is based on team tank battles in PvP mode. The developer was the Belarusian company Wargaming. The game throws you straight into the action without having to play through the single player campaign first. This way, you immediately go through a baptism of fire and learn the basics of gameplay in the process. The initial list of equipment looks like this: • Soviet MS-1; • German “Leichttractor”; • American T1 Cunningham; • French Renault FT; • Chinese NC-31; • Japanese Renault Otsu; • Czechoslovakian X.50; • Swedish Strv FM/21; • Italian Fiat 3000; • Polish 4TP; • British cruiser Mk.1. But as you participate in battles, the player receives experience points and silver, which he uses to train soldiers, giving access to new equipment. Each tank has five modules: gun, chassis, turret, engine and radio system - all elements can be replaced with improved models. Modernization is carried out in the hangar, where you can also repair your vehicle and replenish ammunition. The gameplay consists of battles between two teams of 15 participants each. The victory condition is the destruction of the entire enemy squad, or the capture of the enemy base. In the Assault mode, one of the sides must repel enemy attacks and hold the position. “Encounter battle” involves capturing a control point, and “Team battle” takes place between two sides of the conflict of 7 people, using equipment exclusively up to level 8, where a personal rating system operates. World of Tanks has 9 battle modes: • Random (standard, counter, assault or general battles); • Rating; • Fortified areas (sorties, offensives); • Special (tournaments, clan battles); • Expedition (front line, steel hunter); • Scramble; • Road to Berlin; • Education; • Training ground. Maps are mainly presented in size 1000x1000, but there are rare exceptions in the form of smaller locations, such as Enx. For the virtual currency “game gold” you can buy premium equipment, significantly speed up your progress in the game, and also receive Elite status.
