A Plague Tale: Requiem

In A Plague Tale: Requiem, a teenage girl and her brother embark on a new journey, haunted by a terrible curse and its consequences. The continuation of the first part invites the user to plunge into the cruel realities of a world collapsing under the yoke of war and disease, where he will have to do everything to survive. The plot of the first part continues here, where the heroes face another test, and they will have to act in France in the Middle Ages. The main feature of the gameplay is the hordes of rats spreading the plague, which the heroes will have to face more than once. Events take place in the kingdom of France in the 14th century, when local lands are tormented by the beginning of the Hundred Years' War with England and a terrible plague epidemic. During this period, a heroine named Amicia, together with her brother Hugo, tries to escape from the inquisitors, who, for strange reasons, began to hunt children. In the process, the guys meet orphans, with whom they join forces in the fight against common enemies and the mass of rats that have infested these lands. It is proposed to act in twilight, where the player controls the girl, but is able to give the boy smaller tasks. Gameplay is also based on light, due to the lack of which animals appear, but inquisitors are not active in daylight. Thus, the protagonist has to constantly fight for his own life, for example, using light to protect himself from animals, this immediately attracts security. In the process, the girl will have to sacrifice many values ​​to save her loved one, constantly facing brutal military operations and a mass of dangerous creatures with teeth and claws.
