The game structure features turn-based battles, the outcome of which can sometimes be decided by a single card drawn from the deck. As we progress through the story, we get new characters into the squad and improve old ones. As soon as we meet enemies, the game takes us to the battlefield, where we play with our characters one turn at a time, where we can hit, use a spell or draw a card from the deck. According to the plot, the bloodiest and largest battle took place on the territory of the world. The Defenders spoke out for the people, and the Reapers, who united the evil forces of the game, spoke out against them. For some time our army held the upper hand, but at some point the leader, a demigod, came out and managed to chain our Defenders in stone. The game tells how we can bring back our comrades, liberate the earth and stop the prophecy from coming true. Each event in the game changes its further course. Even if the main character dies during the battle, the game will not stop running as normal, you will simply be given another character who will quickly lead to the prophecy. Ash of Gods: Redemption's combat system is a unique combination of a card game and unique character abilities that you need to know by heart. The more experience you have at the start of a fight, the easier it is for the AI ​​to adapt to your playstyle.
