The development studio redesigned its engine and renamed it Hypermotion Technology 2. Thanks to this, virtual athletes began to move even more believably. According to the developers, their creation involves 6,000 realistic animations. The developers have also reworked kicks, including corners, penalties and free kicks. Gamers were allowed to control the trajectory when performing them. There is also the option to hit the ball powerfully (as another way to score a goal). At such moments, a special camera angle is demonstrated. In addition, the creators introduced updated mechanics for increasing speed and worked on the dribbling system. We also improved the display of replays, making highlights more spectacular. Among the graphical changes, we can note the improved display of grass.
