Description

Ghostwire: Tokyo is a first-person action-adventure game. The events take place in Tokyo, where people mysteriously began to disappear. The main character is a detective who uses psychic abilities to help him detect and fight spirits. The developers describe the combat system as “karate with magic.” The main character uses Kuji-kiri style hand movements to form signs and various spells. To kill an enemy, you must first destroy its shell to get to the core. Once the enemy's core is revealed, the player can neutralize the ghost. The plot begins from the moment when almost all the inhabitants of Tokyo disappear. Otherworldly spirits called Visitors fill the streets of the city. Gradually, the hero begins to manifest paranormal abilities. As the story progresses, the detective encounters a masked group calling themselves Hannaya. They know the reasons why the disaster occurred. Ghosts are divided into several types: Amevarashi - children in yellow cloaks, Shiromuku - a ghost bride in white and Kuchisake - a spirit who fights with deadly blades. All opponents in Ghostwire Tokyo are unique and require the player to constantly change tactics and combinations of various spells.
